Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy for Buy Best Meats

At Buy Best Meats, we take pride in providing high-quality USDA farm-raised Japanese Wagyu. If you need to return a product, please review our returns policy below.

1. Returns for Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds for purchases of our USDA farm-raised Japanese Wagyu products. Instead, we provide store credit for returned items, which can be used for future purchases.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and receive store credit, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original packaging and must not have been opened or tampered with.
The return must occur within 7 days of the delivery or pick up date.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at NorsemenFarms@icloud.com to request a return authorization.

2. Pack the Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging and has maintained being frozen.

3. Coordinate Return: We will work with you to get the best meat for your family.

4. Store Credit Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue store credit to your account. You will receive a confirmation email with your store credit details. Please allow 3 days for processing.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for store credit:

Opened or used products
Items past the return window

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order for your desired item.

7. Shipping & Delivery Costs

Shipping & delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
